Ranked, and the ranking is explained
No opaque points. Every task is weighed on impact, how well it fits your goal, how strong the evidence is, how urgent it is and how much effort it takes. The reasoning is written out as a plain Why now.
Goals re-rank the work, never the facts

A tick is a claim until the site shows it
When a task is marked complete, AuditCrow re-checks the site, re-reads the page or watches the connected data to confirm it. Only then is it Verified live. If it slips back later, you hear about it.
Correlation, never causation
