For agencies and freelancers

Walk in with something specific

Small agencies and freelancers get blamed when a client's numbers stop making sense. Reporting fills the evening, and the client still does not read it. Prospects go quiet after a general pitch. AuditCrow is built so the website, the next job and the proof it went live are the thing you show.

Scans are paused for a moment. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when they're back.

Want the whole site, not one page?
Sound familiar?

The part that wears you down

  • The client thinks you broke it

A tag, a consent banner or a new site goes live, and the numbers no longer match the shop or the ad platform. You spend the call explaining a gap you did not create.

  • Reports that do not get opened

You can measure a dozen things. The client wanted to know what you did, whether it is live, and what happens next. The rest of the deck is quiet.

  • Pitches that stay vague

Word of mouth slows down. A generic audit with a logo on it does not start a useful conversation. A finding about their actual page does.

What you can do before the platform

You can run the free scan on any public page, including a prospect's, with no signup. There is a separate agency scan that leads with the findings and then how you might take the work on. It is the same check of one page, framed for that conversation. It is not a report with your logo in place of ours. PDF export is not available yet.

  • Pick the page they care about: the landing page, the contact page, or the page the ads point at.
  • Take one finding into the call, with the fix, rather than a long export.
  • Be clear about what the scan does not know: their ad account, their order list, and whether a conversion is a real job. The conversions guide and the cookie banner guide are written so you can hand the checks to a client.

What the agency product is for

The agency suite is for running client sites, not for swapping a logo onto a one-off file. You see which clients need a decision, which are waiting, and which changes still need verifying. On Agency plans the client portal shows the actions you choose to publish, so the client sees decisions and delivered work rather than a folder of charts.

Connections are read-only: Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity and a WordPress plugin. You still do the work in the ad accounts and on the site. AuditCrow checks whether it went live.

How AuditCrow helps

What you can rely on

Use the free scan as the first look. Use the platform when you want every client site on one list, with the next move named and the report written around what was delivered.

Free page scan

One page, no signup

  • One page, no signup, including on a prospect's public URL
  • An agency-flavoured scan at /agency/scan for the pitch conversation
  • Plain-English fixes you can explain without a second tool

AuditCrow platform

Your whole site, kept watched

  • Client sites on one list: action, waiting, overdue, verify
  • A client portal on Agency plans, showing what you choose to publish
  • Reports that lead with delivered work, verified changes, blockers and the next commitment
  • Read-only Search Console, Analytics, ads and Business Profile data in the same account

There is no branded report you host under your own domain. PDF export is not available yet. If a prospect needs your name on a file, that is still your own write-up. AuditCrow also does not alert you the moment a client's tracking tag dies, and it does not manage their bids. The monthly report guide is the shape of update clients actually read.
