For owners and in-house marketers

Get a second opinion that is not theirs

You are the owner who manages a supplier, or the only marketer in the business. Organic visits fell and the explanation was thin. You do not have a full view of the accounts. You need something you can stand behind, with your boss or with yourself, before the next invoice.

Scans are paused for a moment. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when they're back.

See a real report first.

Want the whole site, not one page?
Sound familiar?

The part that wears you down

  • You are accountable, and partly in the dark

The board, or your own conscience, wants to know what the agency did. The report describes activity. It does not show you the accounts, so you cannot check it.

  • Visits fell and the reason is a sentence

Search traffic dropped after a date they mention in passing. You cannot tell whether the site broke, the rankings moved, fewer people clicked, or the tracking stopped.

  • Access is treated as optional

Read-only access to Analytics, Search Console or the ads is 'not how we work'. You are left managing a supplier you cannot inspect.

Build a view you control

You do not need to become the agency. You need a copy of the evidence in an account you can open. Read-only is enough. The agency delivery guide includes a short note you can send, and the SEO questions are the list to take into the next call.

  • Google Search Console: Google's own record of searches, clicks and indexed pages. If they rank well but nobody clicks, this is where it shows.
  • Google Analytics 4: visits and the events that are meant to be enquiries or sales. If this is empty while the business is not, read the zero-revenue guide before you blame the work.
  • The ads account, if you pay for ads: what is being counted as a result. The conversions guide explains the trap.
  • The website itself: one page, checked independently, so a technical fault is not only the agency's story to tell.

When the numbers drop

A drop has a starting point. Demand can fall. You can show up less often. People can stop clicking. The site can lose them. Or the tracking can stop, so the work is fine and the report is not. Asking which of those it is, with the screen in front of you, is a fair question. It is not a hostile one.

How AuditCrow helps

What AuditCrow can show you

Run the free scan on a page the agency looks after, so you have an independent read of that page today. In the platform, connect the accounts you get access to. When visits or leads drop, AuditCrow works down the chain from search demand to impressions, position, click-through, sessions and conversions, names a likely cause and shows the evidence. It does not claim a single task caused the drop.

Free page scan

One page, no signup

  • An independent read of one page, with no agency login required
  • Indexing, speed, content and whether a visitor can take the next step
  • A sample of a finished scan on the sample report, so you know the shape of it

AuditCrow platform

Your whole site, kept watched

  • Search Console, Analytics and Google Ads in an account you control
  • A decline read: where in the chain the drop starts, including broken tracking
  • Tasks with an owner, then a check that the change is live
  • A monthly report in the app built around delivered work, blockers and the next commitment

AuditCrow will not reconstruct what the agency changed inside Google Ads or Meta, and it will not tell you who the admin is on each account. Ask for that access directly. If they will not connect Search Console or Analytics, the platform still audits the public site and says which data is missing rather than filling the gap.
